Find your CTS course invitation in your inbox and follow its password setup link. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived. Then return here and select “Log in to your academy”.
Select “Log in to your academy” and use the email address associated with your course invitation. Your available courses will appear after you sign in.
Open the academy login page and use the password reset option. Enter the email address used for your enrollment.
Make sure you are using the email address that received your invitation. If you still need help, contact your CTS team through your existing support channel.
